The City of Maryville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Downtown Pedestrian Alleyway Project Project No. 39062720 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the City Clerk located at 415 N. Market Street, Maryville, Mo. 64468, until the 13 th of May, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time. At that time, the Bids received will be Publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Demolition, staking, clearing and grubbing, earthwork and grading, utility and storm drainage installation and relocation, electrical, lighting, concrete paving, fencing, landscaping, and installation of various site amenities like benches and drinking fountains.
