Description:
The City of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation, and Youth Programs invites you to submit a proposal for professional, general Landscape Architecture services for City of Syracuse Projects. The services are to include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Project Cost Estimation, Project Bidding, Construction Contract Administration, Post-Construction Evaluation, Special Investigations, and other related tasks within landscape architecture and planning for the Parks Department.It is the intent of the City of Syracuse to select a maximum of six (6) consultants to provide professional services as needed. Although consultant selection will be qualification based, a Billing Rate Schedule must be submitted as indicated in the Scope of Services.There will be no minimum amount of work established in this contract as all services will be performed on a time and expense, authorized work order basis. The amount of each work order will be in the range of $1,000.00 to $300,000.00, unless approved otherwise.
