The City of Jackson is inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for What type of service? services required for Purpose of Services.This program aims to construct four (4) homes in the City of Jackson, funded through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority-s MICH grant program. Homes must meet \"Visitability Standards\", as outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) and as negotiated between the developer and the City of Jackson. The City of Jackson will be the purchaser of these homes and will then provide them free of charge to income-qualified applicants. Homes will be constructed on the following lots: 464 Cooper Street (parcel #7-027500000) 651 Cooper Street (parcel #7-0616.0100) 337 W. Mason Street (parcel #4-039600000) 332 W. Wilkins Street (parcel #4-0404.0100)Complete bids from qualified builders will include site plans for each lot, blueprints for each home (these can be the same or different, per builder-s discretion), and a complete proposal outlining the required details as listed below, and any additional relevant information regarding experience, successful projects, timelines, etc.
