- The Town Of Fairfield On Behalf Of The Water Pollution Control Facility (Wpcf) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Contractors To Provide All Materials, Labor And Equipment Necessary To For On-Call Construction Services Specific To On-Call And Emergency Repair Of Its Sanitary And Storm Sewer Collection And Conveyance System Including Sewer Mains, Force Mains, And Manholes. The Goal Is To Maintain An Efficient Sewer System With Minimal Disruption To The Community By Addressing Unforeseen Issues Through Timely, Effective Repairs. Contractors Will Handle Emergency (Immediate) And Scheduled Repairs. Emergency Work May Occur Anytime, Including Weekends And Holidays As Detailed In The Rfp Specifications.
