The Contractor shall be responsible for both design and construction work.The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year.A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room at the DOT&PF Annex Building at 2200 E. 42nd Ave, Anchorage, AK 99508.
