Description:
RFP for Plaza and Streetscape Landscaping and Maintenance, Community Facilities District No. 1, located in the South Beach area of San Francisco Four small public plazas and various streetscapes: maintain plazas--trees, lawns and other plantings; two irrigation systems; hardscape and site furnishings; and lighting systems. Control litter and trash. Abate graffiti. Maintain streetscapes on equivalent of two CIty blocks (sidewalk and tree maintenance not required (coordination with City on its tree maintenance program requird). Perform ordinary repairs. Administer capital repairs by issuing bids and managing contracts. Pre-submittal Meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, 10:00 a.m. PST Site Tour on Friday, March 22, 2024, 11:00 a.m. Virtual call in or meeting location: Due to current COVID-19 related shelter in place restrictions this conference will take place via online video conference.
