- The Town Of Windham Is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified And Certified Building Inspection Firms Or Individuals To Provide Essential Inspection Services, Including The Authority To Perform Municipal Sign-Offs Such As Final Inspections, Certificates Of Occupancy, And Code Compliance Determinations In Accordance With The Connecticut State Building Code And Applicable Local Ordinances. This Interim Arrangement Is Necessary Following The Retirement Of The Town 2019S Building Official. A Permanent Replacement Will Be Appointed As Soon As A Suitable Candidate Is Identified, But Until That Time, The Town Requires Contracted Services To Ensure That Critical Inspection Functions Continue Without Interruption.
