- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSPROFESSIONAL GRANT WRITING AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICESThe City of Mexico requests proposals for grant writing and administrative services to assist in a proposed project financed with $90,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The project consists of Demolition of Hardin Gym on the 900 Block of South Jefferson Mexico, Mo., sharing the parking lot with Presser Arts Center. It sits on the Southeast corner of the parking area. The remainder of the project is being financed by the City of Mexico and Presser Arts Center. Administration services shall include, but are not limited to, the implementation of the project in conformance with the following CDBG compliance area: environmental review, financial management, procurement, contract management, labor standards, equal opportunity/civil rights, citizen participation, closeout.
