- The City of Milpitas (\"City\") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (\"Proposer\") in response to this Request for Proposals (\"RFP\") to provide professional design services for the City-s annual street resurfacing program herein called “STREET RESURFACING PROJECT 2026” (“Project”) under Task 1. Additionally, the selected Proposer will provide 30% PS&E design services for the planning of the street resurfacing projects in 2027 and 2028, under Task 2.
