Description:
The City of Maryville, Public Works Department/Fire Department is soliciting bids for the purchase of one (2) full-size, 4WD, 3/4 ton crew cab short bed pickup truck and one (1) Midsize, 4WD, crew cab pickup. Bids are due in the Office of City Clerk, Stacy Wood, Maryville City Hall, 415 N. Market St., Maryville, MO 64468, no later than Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in envelopes clearly marked “Public Works/Fire Dept. Pickup Bid”. Feel free to include any other pertinent information along with your bid. Submitted unit cost shall remain fixed from the date of acceptance until delivery. If there is any deviation from the accepted unit cost, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer in writing, providing detailed information and supporting documentation for review. The Buyer reserves the right to select multiple bidders from the submitted proposals based on the specifications outlined in the bid document. The selection will be made based on the alignment of each bid with the Buyer-s requirements, including but not limited to vehicle specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
