Government Furnished Infortmation (GFI):
There are four attachments listed as GFI in this Solicitation:
1. TM 10-8340-244-13&P TEMPER2. TM 3-6665-430-13&P-1, JECP SAL PT 13. TM 3-6665-430-13&P-2, JECP SAL PT 24. TM 10-5410-286-14&P, CP DEPMEDS
These documents are listed in SAM under restricted access. Vendors shall send all request for GFI via email to Andy Rhodes (andrew.r.rhodes10.civ@army.mil) by 5:30 PM EST on 09 June 2025. The request shall have the Subject Line: "W911QY-25-R-A010 Request for GFI" and shall include a signed DD2345 (must be signed by both the JCPO and the vendor) and a signed Standard Form 312 (Interested comnpanies should use the company's EIN as opposed to an individual's SSN). The Government will grant access to these documents within 5 business days of receiving the request.
The current version of the Chemically Protected Deployable Medical System (CP DEPMEDS) Technical Manual (TM) requires rewrite to address three aspects.
The existing TM requires rewrite to reflect conversion from its existing four-level maintenance philosophy to a two-level maintenance compliant with the latest MIL-STD 40051-2 and Document Type Definition (DTD) standard. Several of the CP DEPMEDS components of the legacy CP DEPMEDS equipment sets have been replaced by modern components that are in use by the Joint Expeditionary Collective Protection (JECP) system. The rewritten CP DEPMEDS TM shall reflect these equipment changes, which include the following: Replacement of the existing framed tent systems (the Alaska Shelter System) to the modern TEMPER Airbeam Supported (TAS) shelter system. Replacement of the existing Field Deployable Environmental Control Unit (FDECU) with the JECP 6-ton Environmental Control Unit (ECU).
