REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe City of Pacific, MO is accepting bids for the Jeffrey White Memorial Skatepark Project. Proposals may be submitted at Pacific City Hall 300 Hoven Drive, Pacific, MO, 63069 until 1:00 P.M., December 9, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Proposals must be submitted to the City in a sealed envelope marked “Jeffrey White Memorial Skatepark Project”.The City of Pacific hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry or national origin in consideration for an award. Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply.Bidders may obtain copies of bid documents (Drawings and Specifications) at County Blue, 1449 Strassner Drive, St. Louis, MO 63144 for the cost of reproduction. Bid documents are posted on the City-s website at https://www.pacificmo.gov/Bids.aspx under “Bid Opportunities”.
