IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) "A LIMITED NUMBER OF RESPONSIBLE SOURCES, AND NOOTHER TYPE OF SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION NEED NOT BE ACCOUNTED FOR."

THIS IS A FIVE-YEAR INDEFINITE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLICITATION. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE A DELIVERYORDER FOR A QUANTITY OF 60 EACH WITH THE BASE AWARD. HOWEVER, THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO ISSUE ANY ORDERS AS A RESULT OF ANAWARD AGAINST THIS SOLICITATION.
