- Description : The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is soliciting for staffing for classifications of Psychiatric Technician, Certified Nurse Assistant/Psychiatric Technician Assistant, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Licensed Vocational Nurse, for seven Stabilization Training Assistance Reintegration (STAR) homes. Contractor shall act as STAR¿s strategic staffing partner, providing contingent, licensed, and certified clinical Level-of-Care staffing to fill temporary vacancies and positions, substitute for STAR employees while on leave, provide temporary services when appropriate staffing levels cannot be maintained with civil service staff, and supply services when the requested services are not available within the State civil service.
