Description:
The Town of Los Gatos is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Traffic Signal and Streetlight Maintenance and Repair, and Underground Service Alert (USA)Marking Services for a one-year period with an option to extend the contract up to four (4) additional years. St. Francis Electric has been providing these service for the Town for approximately ten years.The broad categories of services needed are maintenance and repair of streetlights, parking lot lights, traffic signals, and USA (Underground Service Alert) markings. The preventive maintenance and repair services involve ongoing and regular field preventive maintenance and repair of approximately 1,607 street lights, 119 parking lot lights, 31 traffic signals, and other traffic related equipment (such as electronic speed feedback signs, crosswalk warning lights, etc) by licensed contractor(s) with properly trained, experienced and qualified personnel. The contract scope of work also includes a USA (Underground Service Alert) locating and marking services.
