Description:
This Request for Proposals ('RFP' or "Solicitation") is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco's Controller's Office ("City"). The City is seeking qualified suppliers ("Proposers") to provide proposals for (a). A hosted financial reporting solution that integrates with PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FCCM); (b). Professional services necessary to implement the solution to comply with the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report reporting requirements, both Governmental Accounting Standards Board and Government Finance Officers Association, and including both technical integrations and preparation of the final report; and (c). Ongoing hosting services which includes software licenses, software maintenance, updates and upgrades, for at least 9 years. Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Subcontracting Requirement for any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation has been waived by the Contract Monitoring Division (CMD). However, the City strongly encourages Proposals from qualified LBEs. Pursuant to Admin Code Chapter 14B, rating bonuses will be in effect for any Proposers who are certified as Small-LBE or Micro-LBE.
