Tender are invited for RFP730-22140 Houston Public Media Infrastructure Upgrades
Response Due Date : 9/15/2022
Solicitation Description : Project Description. All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to replace several pieces of electrical equipment at the Leroy & Lucile Melcher Center for Public Broadcast and at the HPM transmitter site in Missouri City, TX in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by WSP, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 10:00 AM CST at Leroy & Lucile Melcher Center for Public Broadcast at 4343 Elgin Street, Houston, TX 77004. Following the pre-proposal meeting, a site visit is scheduled later in the afternoon on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 2:00 PM CST at the KETH TV Transmitter Tower site at 4124 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, TX 77489. A map is attached in the Exhibits .zip file. Facemasks are encouraged, but not required.
