Description:
Pre-construction and construction phase services for new Medical Research Facility on the University of Houston Central Campus directly east of the Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine off Medical Service Dr. The project includes the construction of a new 3 story 55,000 SF Medical Research Facility. The facility will house a seminar space, wet and dry labs which include a small rodent (rats and mice) vivarium, patient space for clinical studies, office spaces, site landscaping, and infrastructure upgrades required to support the new facility. The goal of the project is to build a nationally competitive research facility that impacts our region and the world at the University of Houston central campus.Only those firms that were short-listed during RFQ730-24085 step one are invited to submit a proposal (the “Proposal”) in compliance with the requirements contained in this RFP.
