All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to renovate interior building office, classroom and student common areas in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Ziegler Cooper Architects a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.A mandatorypre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled Thursday, January 30, 2025 @ 3:00 PM CT at University of Houston, Main Campus, T2 Building #508 4230 Martin Luther King Blvd, Houston, TX 77204, conference room 323. Following the pre-proposal meeting, there will be a tour of the site.
