Description:
In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for University of Houston Campus Lighting and Security Phase II (the “Project”), located at main UH campus in Houston, Texas.All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to open necessary trenches, install conduit as required, demo or build new pole bases, remove, relocate or install new poles, carry on electrical installations, patch pave as needed, etc. all in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by PGAL, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 9:00 AM CT at Parking Lot 16D on Elgin St. and Cullen Blvd. You can follow this link to the site https://maps.app.goo.gl/ajBkbKpiewqbKuem9A follow-up mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on Thursday July 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM CT at 3:00 PM CT via Zoom.
