The Evans County Charter School System (eccss) Is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Vendors To Provide A Compact, Portable Virtual Reality Welding Simulator Designed For Mobile Use In Multiple Environments, Such As Classrooms, Labs, And Off-site Locations. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Enhance The Hands-on Learning Experience For Students By Integrating Virtual Simulation Technology Aligned With Industry Standards. The Awarded Vendor Shall Provide: 1. A Portable Virtual Reality Welding Simulator That Replicates Realistic Welding Conditions. 2. All Required Hardware, Software, And Accessories. 3. Setup, Delivery, And Basic Training On-site. 4. Technical Support And Warranty Documentation. The Simulator Must: 1. Simulate Multiple Welding Processes (smaw, Gmaw/fcaw, Gtaw). 2. Provide Life-like Visual And Audio Welding Feedback. 3. Track And Score Weld Parameters Including Work Angle, Travel Angle, Travel Speed, And Arc Length. 4.
