The City Of Thomasville Is Seeking Statements Of Qualifications From Professional Services Teams To Provide The Necessary Planning Services (1) To Develop A Multimodal Transportation Plan That Will Also Serve As A Comprehensive Safety Action Plan And (2) To Conduct A Corresponding Demonstration Project That Informs The Safety Action Plan Recommendations (collectively Referred To As The ¿project¿). The Purpose Of The Project Is To Establish An Actionable Strategic Plan That Informs Related Policies And Guides System Improvements And Future Capital Projects. Consultant Teams Must Be Prequalified In Desired Gdot Area Classes To Be Eligible For Consideration. The City Anticipates Selecting A Qualified Consulting Team That Offers Expertise In Transportation Planning, Multi-modal Transportation, Urban Planning, Urban Design, Tactical Demonstrations, And Public Facilitation.
