- The City Of Thomasville Requests The Sealed Submittal Of Statements Of Qualifications (soqs) From Qualified Firms And/or Teams For Professional Park And Infrastructure Design Services To Develop Construction Documents For Paradise Park Phase Ii. All Respondents To The Rfq Are Subject To Instructions Communicated In This Document And Additional Terms And Conditions Listed In The Owner¿s Rfq. The Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Statements Of Qualifications And To Waive Technicalities And Informalities At The Discretion Of The Owner. Statements Of Qualifications Must Be Delivered To The Office Of The City Engineer, 411 W. Jackson Street, Thomasville, Ga 31757 And Should Be Delivered In Accordance With Instructions In The Rfq Package. Questions Will Be Accepted Via Email To Eveg@thomasville.org Per The Rfq Instructions To Ensure The Same Information Is Given To Everyone. A Questions Addendum Will Be Issued Shortly After The Deadline For Questions And Posted On The City Of Thomasville Website And Georgia Procurement Registry (gpr).
