- RFQ 2026-018 Design for Central WWTF Upgrade and Improvements and Demolition of North WWTF Closes: December 15, 2025 2:00 pm Type: RFQ The City of Sedalia, Missouri is requesting qualifications for engineering services to address the following improvements at the Central and North WWTF”s: New North Screening & Pump Station, Valve Vault and Electrical Building. A proposed new 16-inch force main will be routed from the proposed North Screening & Pump Station facility to the existing Central WWTF. Improvements at the Central WWTF: a. Aeration Basin b. Blower Building c. Clarifier Splitter Structure d. Secondary Clarifier e. Effluent Parshall Flume & Reaeration Structure f. RAS/WAS Pump Station g. Central Electrical Building h. Sludge Pump Station & Alum Feed Building i.
