Description:
The City of College Station is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested firms forthe purpose of developing a list of pre-qualified firms from which the City may negotiate contracts forvarious professional services on an on call, as-needed, project specific basis. Large capital projectsrequiring several disciplines will still be handled as separate RFQs. This RFQ will result in a new listof approved firms at will be sent to City Council for approval.Electronic response packages, in the format specified herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding System”) until 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Proposalsreceived after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. Click here for an online responsetutorial.In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Requestfor Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the BiddingSystem. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 1101 Texas Ave,College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. This meeting is notmandatory, but attendance is highly recommended.
