- Pursuant to the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (287.055 Florida Statutes), Citrus County Board of County Commissioners (County), seeks to identify Firms or Individuals with substantial experience and capabilities to perform services on an open end (continuing services) basis. County is requesting qualification submittals/proposals for Continuing Services Agreements for:water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems.As a further condition precedent for consideration of any Proposal/Submittal, such Proposal/Submittal must strictly comply with the Instructions to Respondents as issued by the County. The County reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any proposal/submittal which does not strictly comply with said Instructions to Respondents and further reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal/submittal as set forth in said instructions.
