The Proposed Multi-use Path Will Start At Old Holcomb Bridge Road And Connect To Liberty Square Park, Then From Liberty Square Park Under Sr 400 To Big Creek Park. The Proposed Trail Will Follow Along Big Creek And During The Proposed Addition Of The Sr 400 Express Lanes There Will Be Dedicated Space Under Sr 400 For The Proposed Big Creek Trail. The Consultant Will Provide All Concept, Preliminary Engineering Design Services Based On The Georgia Department Of Transportation¿s Plan Development Process (pdp) For Feasibility Study And Preliminary Design. This Project Will Follow The Gdot Regulations For Driveway And Encroachment Control Manual ¿ Chapter 11: Encroachment Permit For Large On-system Projects. The City Of Roswell Is Working With Gdot To Establish A Pi Number.
