The Henry County Board Of Commissioners Is Soliciting Statements Of Qualifications From Qualified Consultants To Provide A Pavement Management Program (pmp), Condition Rating And Reporting Services Assessment In Accordance With The Specification And Information Contained Herein Per Following Scope Of Services. All Respondents To This Rfq Are Subject To Instructions Communicated In This Document And Are Cautioned To Completely Review The Entire Rfq And Follow Instructions Carefully. The Consultant Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Services Required To Fulfill The Terms And Conditions Of This Bid. Submittals Will Only Be Considered By Those Firms And Subcontractors Currently Pre-qualified With The Georgia Department Of Transportation. Proposals Will Be Received By Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, Mcdonough, Ga 30253 Until 3:00 Pm Local Time On January 23, 2025. Late Proposals Will Not Be Considered Nor Returned. Proposals May Not Be Withdrawn For Sixty (60) Days After The Time And Date Set For Closing, Except As Allowed By Ocga. Henry County Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Proposals And To Waive Any Technicalities.
