- The Henry County Board Of Commissioners Is Requesting Non-cost Technical Proposals From Qualified Consultants To Design The Widening Of Jonesboro Road From A Rural Two-lane Road To A Multilane, Divided, Urban Road. This Project Is Funded By Henry County Splost. The Consultant Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Services Required To Fulfill The Terms And Conditions Of This Bid. Submittals Will Only Be Considered By Those Firms And Subcontractors Currently Pre-qualified With The Georgia Department Of Transportation. Proposals Will Be Received By Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, Mcdonough, Ga 30253 Until 3:00 Pm Local Time On January 24, 2025. Late Proposals Will Not Be Considered Nor Returned. Proposals May Not Be Withdrawn For Sixty (60) Days After The Time And Date Set For Closing, Except As Allowed By Ocga. Henry County Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Proposals And To Waive Any Technicalities.
