Georgia Dot Is Seeking To Contract With A Design-builder To Provide Design And Construction Services Necessary To Install Broadband And Connected Vehicle (cv) Infrastructure Along The Entire I-95 Corridor In Camden, Glynn, Mcintosh, Liberty, Bryan, Chatham And Effingham Counties, Ga. The Broadband Infrastructure Will Include Fiber Optic Cable Installed In Conduit On The Shoulder Of The Interstate For The Entire Limits Of The Project And Will Connect To The Existing Gdot Navigator Network (the Project). The Project Also Includes The Deployment Of Cv Roadside Units (rsu) And Closed Circuit Television Cameras (cctv). This Project Will Be Awarded To A Design-builder Utilizing A Two-phase Low Bid Method. A Design-builder Includes A Lead Contractor And A Lead Design Consultant Working Together To Design And Construct The Project. See The Rfq For Additional Details.
