- Construction will begin in the summer of 2025 school year on the recently acquired 5.5 acres south of the occupied school site. The first year of construction will be an occupied campus and the second year will not (see site plan). And continue construction while school is still in progress in the 2025-2026 school year. Then start demolition and construction of the remaining buildings onsite during the 2026-2027 school year while also leaving one of our existing buildings (12) on the south side of the property. Completion date August 2028. There is a total of 1055 students at this site. Need to have experience executing a phasing plan.
