*THIS IS A RE-ISSUANCE OF REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS 7698-0-2019/KJO, 7698-R-2019/KJO, 7698-R1-2019/KJO, 7698-R2-2019/KJO, 7698-R3-2019/KJO, 7698-R4-2019/KJO and 7698-R5-2019/KJO TO EXPAND THE LIST OF PRE-QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS.CONTRACTORS ALREADY PREQUALIFIED UNDER EITHER OF THOSE REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY*The intent of this Request for Qualification is to pre-qualify general contractors to provide rehabilitation services, both interior and exterior, to residential properties ranging from single-family homes to multi-family units. Qualified contractors will be part of a selected pool of contractors, who will be provided an opportunity to compete for each project for a period of up to four years.***APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE CITY AS THEY ARE SUBMITTED.
