These improvements will include developing a comprehensive construction schedule, facilitating the bidding process, and providing support for fundraising initiatives. The Phase 1 enhancements feature the construction of a retention basin, with an estimated cost of $792,276, and the removal of an existing lake to create space for a new playground and comfort station, projected to cost $2,868,052.
