Description
Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the National and Community Service (AmeriCorps), National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), is hereby requesting quotes for a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), for Catering Services requirement in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the attached Pricing Schedule.
The Government anticipates awarding a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), firm-fixed price (FFP), BPA orders may be issued under the planned BPA fixed-price rates. One BPA award may be issued to assist AmeriCorps in satisfying the demand for Catering Services for the Bureau. The anticipated period of performance will include one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option period years.
This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 722320 for Caterers. In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. Solicitation Submission: Questions shall be submitted no later than Tuesday, April 01, 2025, at 10:00 am Eastern Time to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line, “20346425Q00023, ATTN: JS/MC”.
