NOTICE: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing the following Brand Name or Equal Request for Quote (RFQ) for Photon Systems NeCu 70-248 Neon-Copper (NeCu) Deep UV Laser per the attached Specification Requirements. Solicitation number 89243325QFE000513 is available for downloading on Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov and FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, dated 08/07/2025.
