The project consists of the design and construction of traffic signal improvements for new fiber connections to non-connected intersections where no fiber currently exists at various locations in Montgomery County.Project is funded whole or in part by the U.S. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) CFDA No 20.205 Federal dollars and/or from Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) CCSJ # 0912-37-271. Engineering services must be performed in compliance with the FHWA and guidelines issued by the TXDOT.
