Description :The City of Pawtucket (City) is interested in selecting a Consultant (or consultant team) to evaluate the existing conditions of, and provide recommendations for the design of decorative lighting to be added to the Nathanson Bridge in Pawtucket, RI. The Nathanson Bridge is also known as the Exchange Street Bridge No. 964over the Blackstone River. The bridge is part of the Exchange Street Historic District which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Any proposed changes to the property through the design documents must be in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings.The City intends to select a Consultant firm/team that the City believes will provide the best qualifications in assisting the City with improvements that meet the City-s needs.
