- The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the County of St. Louis (the “LCRA”) was established for the purposes set forth in Chapter 99 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, including the rehabilitation, redevelopment, and renewal of properties for residential, commercial, or mixed-use to benefit the economic and social welfare within its area of operation in St. Louis County. The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership provides staff for the LCRA. Consistent with its organizational purposes, the LCRA is a recipient from the United States Environmental Protection Agency of a Brownfields Community-wide Assessment Cooperative Agreement (BF 97782301-4), a Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Grant (4B97797601), and a post-closeout use of program income for the EPA Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) (BF98746401) (the “EPA Brownfield Grants”).
