- The City of Apopka (City), as a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is seeking qualified Architectural and Design firms interested in conducting a facility needs assessment for a new law enforcement training facility. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide the requested services. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be awarded a basic contract to provide the necessary services for the projects duration. All qualified firms or persons shall have current licenses as required under the State of Florida for the provision of services to the City of Apopka.This RFQ is subject to the “Cone of Silence” imposing certain restrictions on communications concerning the RFQ process as described in the specifications of the RFQ Package.Submittals must be received via the City-s e-Procurement Portal no later than Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Late responses will not be accepted.
