08/27/2025 - Amendment 0001 - Please see the attached revised Statement of Work adding the following change: All Tires must have a speed rating of āNā. The quote due date and time have also been extended as follows: Quotes Due: Offerors must submit their required information not later than 3:00 PM ET on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for a vendor to provide all the necessary Goodyear tires, valve stems, and labor for installation to include the dis-mounting and mounting and balancing of all tires for the Denton MERS Fleet in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Price List. All items must be new. The contractor shall provide Brand Name Only Goodyear items listed in the attached Statement of Work.
All work will be performed on site at the FEMA facility in Denton TX, to include delivery of all new Goodyear tires and the transportation of the old tires for appropriate disposal or recycling. Vendor will also provide any necessary tire tubes and related accessories, and a means of balancing all tires on site at the FEMA facility in Denton, TX.
Offerors must use the attached price list or include all items listed in the price list in their quote.
All offerors must include their UEI # in their response and must possess an active SAM registration at the time of quote submission.
