The City Of Ideal Is Seeking A Qualified Environmental Professional To Plan And Implement Abatement Activities For The Former Ideal School, Located At 106 Martin Luther King Drive, Ideal, Ga, As Outlined Within This Rfq, The City¿s Fy2025 Epa Brownfield Cleanup Grant Cooperative Agreement Workplan, And The Draft Analysis Of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (abca) Through A Brownfields Cleanup Grant Awarded By The Environmental Protection Agency (epa). Grant Activities Are Separated Into Four Categories And Will Be Performed As Below: 1) Community Outreach To Inform And Engage Public And Build Consensus; 2) Preparation Of Quarterly, Annual, And Closeout Reports; 3) Preparation Of Abatement Designs And Cleanup And Reuse Documents; 4) Oversight Of Cleanup Activities For Consideration, Submissions For This Request Must Contain Evidence Of The Respondent's Qualifications And Abilities Related To The Proposed Services.
