The Design-build Firm Shall Be Responsible For Designing And Constructing The Project To Meet All Applicable Codes And Regulations Including Life Safety Codes, Building Codes, Americans With Disabilities Accessibility Standards, Fire Marshal Requirements, City And County Regulations, Etc.
