- Notice is hereby given that the City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs)from qualified firms interested in providing Architectural professional services including butnot limited to prepare schematic design, design development, construction documents,procurement services, bid documents, specifications, cost estimates and constructionadministration for the completion of the Health Department Building Improvements located at2600 Cedar Avenue. Consultants are cautioned to refer to other sections of this Request forQualifications (RFQ) packet for further details.This solicitation will follow policies and procedures related to the procurement of goods andservices with Federal funding, State of Texas and/or local sources.Interested Firms shall familiarize themselves with conditions relating to the scope,specifications, and restrictions regarding the execution of work to be performed under thecontract. It is the firm-s responsibility to obtain any additional information it deems necessaryto submit in its RFQ proposal, as well as in the performance of the contract.
