American Embassy Cotonou is looking to purchase AIR CONDITIONERS locally
The vendor shall specify the brand and provide user manuals. Embassy Cotonou will issue a purchase order. Noadvance or partial payments are allowed under this service. Payment is net 30 days after receipt of thesupplies. The invoice, bearing the purchase order number, should be sent to Cotonoudbo@state.gov.The following FAR clauses apply to this service. The selected vendor must comply with the followingcommercial items terms and conditions.
FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL, APPLIES TO THIS ACQUISITION.
