Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation, number W911QY-25-R-FTIR, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for a preventative and corrective maintenance service contract. This contract will require a 12-month base period followed by two 12-month option periods.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03 effective 17 January 2025.
(iv) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $34 million. The Awardee must have the applicable NAICS code in its System for Award Management (SAM) assertions. The applicable PSC is J066 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Instruments and Laboratory Equipment.
(v) Line-item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure are as follows:
1. CLIN 0001 - One (1) on site preventative maintenance visit in accordance with the statement of work.
2. CLIN 0002 - Provide corrective maintenance visits as needed including labor, parts, and travel according to the statement of work.
3. CLIN 0003 - Provide virtual customer support remotely as needed according to the statement of work.
4. CLIN 1001 - One (1) on site preventative maintenance visit in accordance with the statement of work.
5. CLIN 1002 - Provide corrective maintenance visits as needed including labor, parts, and travel according to the statement of work.
