Description : REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)Mechanical Engineering ServicesProject: Building Systems Assessment and Design Services for UCOP Facilities Primary Location: 1111 Franklin Street, Oakland, CA Additional Locations: Riverside, Sacramento, Washington, D.C., and other regional facilitiesThe University of California Office of the President (UCOP) is seeking qualifications from experienced mechanical engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for the assessment, design, and implementation of building systems across its facilities. The locations for these services include UCOP¿s main office in Oakland, CA, with additional facilities located in Riverside, Sacramento, and Washington D.C. As UCOP facilities age, a thorough assessment of existing building systems is necessary to determine the best path forward for upgrades, repairs, and future investments.
