(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation, number W911QY25QA022, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the renewal of National Instrument software renewal.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04 effective 11 June 2025.
(iv) This combined synopsis/solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. This is a 100% small business set-aside. (vi) U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) requires the annual renewal of certain National Instrument software licenses specified in the List of Salient Characteristics document.
