Description:
County of San Benito (County) requests statement of qualifications to establish a list of qualified firms capable of preparing and delivering CEQA compliant environmental review documents to enter into contract to perform environmental production and tasks for specific projects. It is the intent of the County to create a list of 10 - 20 qualified firms and consultants to select for a variety of County Environmental Review Services as described herein for a term of Three (3) years. However, the County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate this RFQ process or negotiations with selected consultant(s) and either perform the work with next qualified consultant(s) or with its staff or begin a new RFQ process.The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a list of qualified environmental review firms to enter into On-Call contracts with the San Benito County Resource Management Agency (RMA), as described in Section III Scope of Work for the San Benito County Planning Division.
