Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement.

The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-78195 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13 is Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) has a Brand Name requirement for an Optima MAX-XP Tabletop Ultracentrifuge and TLN100 Rotor Pack to be delivered on or before six weeks after a purchase order is awarded.

The quote format is at the discretion of the offeror.
