(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation, number W911QY-25-R-BLAD, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for two (2) shipments OR seven (7) shipments of Neumag Cutter Blades. This contract will require either two (2) or seven (7) deliveries.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03 effective 17 January 2025.
(iv) This contract is being done as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333517 - Machine Tool Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. The Awardee must have the applicable NAICS code in its System for Award Management (SAM) assertions. The applicable PSC is 3455 - Cutting Tools for Machine Tools.
(v) Line-item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure are as follows:
1. CLIN 0001 - One (1) shipment of 3,000 Neumag Cutter blades in accordance with the Purchase Description OR Three (3) shipments of 1,000 Neugmag Cutter blades in accordance with the Purchase Description.
2. CLIN 0002 - One (1) shipment of 4,000 Neumag Cutter blades in accordance with the Purchase Description OR Four (4) shipments of 1,000 Neumag Cutter blades in accordance with the Purchase Description.
(g) Vendor quotation shall include any/all shipping costs to the US Army CCDC Soldier Center, 10 General Greene Ave, Natick MA 01760.
